FAQs

Why three sessions spaced out? Do I have to attend each?

The class is designed to mirror your project work, so the learnings from each session are practiced in your project at your organization. All three sessions are required.

What technology do you use? I’m not sure my computer will work.

Before the class, we’ll have a tech check. The class is delivered through Zoom, so for most participants that’s straightforward.

We do require a camera and audio. If your work computer doesn’t have this, there are alternatives we can discuss.

What about payment? Can you bill me?

This is a prepay event. We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. However, due to credit card compliance and security reasons, we are unable to accept any credit card details via email. Please call us at the number listed below to finalize your registration with payment.

Will I be certified once I complete the class?

Candidates who complete their project, after review by Center leadership and their project sponsor, upon completion of the project deliverables, are certified Green Belts!
