Once the subscription is purchased, all access details will be emailed to the license owner indicated during the purchase.

The product is a web-based program so there is not a requirement for additional IT.

Yes. Our content is available on-demand and is great for all levels of experience, from brand new to accreditation, to experienced quality and regulatory leaders. And it’s all developed, organized, curated, and regularly updated by JCR subject matter experts.
What is the Digital Learning Center?
The Digital Learning Center is a service provided to healthcare organization personnel members with a paid, annual subscription. Users do not purchase individual regulatory and accreditation videos, but rather this premium subscription gives access to all the content contained on the platform. Our digital educational platform enables Health Care Systems the ability to access and deploy an enterprise-wide accreditation and compliance curriculum. This includes all JCR digital content such as webinars and videos as well as curated content from our publications team providing all the materials to properly prepare for survey.
Which programs/settings in my organization can utilize the Digital Learning Center?
The content is dynamic and continuously updated by our subject matter experts to address current hot topics, best practices, and Joint Commission standards updates. Current focus areas include accredited health care settings—for hospitals, critical access hospitals, ambulatory care, behavioral health care and human services, home and hospice care, laboratory, and disease-specific care—and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
