This in-person program offered the day prior to The Joint Commission's Emergency Management Conference, will provide an in-depth discussion of the six functional areas of The Joint Commission’s Emergency Management chapter. Understanding The Joint Commission’s Emergency Management (EM) chapter and helping your organization maintain compliance with these standards is beneficial for proper emergency preparation. You will leave with an understanding of how to develop emergency management exercises.

Intended Audience:
This seminar is ideal for safety officers and other hospital emergency staff. The following roles will benefit from this event including nursing trauma coordinators, security directors, facilities managers, operations directors, and emergency response teams.
