We have two options for attending the Environment of Care Base Camp. You can either attend in person or via live webcast.

This 2 day in-person event is perfect for anyone preparing for a TJC survey or working to build the safest environment for staff and patients. Content is targeted at those who are new to their role or those who want a refresher course in TJC standards, including risk and accreditation managers, and quality managers and directors, Certified Facility Managers and Certified Healthcare Safety Professionals.  .

The attendees will have access to program materials through the Learning Management System until: January 17, 2024

All attendees will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated as per CDC guidelines and to complete a Joint Commission Covid Health Attestation Form at check-in in order to be admitted to the program.  The State of Illinois and The Joint Commission are following the updated CDC guidance that no longer recommends universal mask wearing indoors. If you would like to wear a mask when in the building, the CDC offers information on mask types for various situations. Continue to check our website for any updates to these requirements. 

These guidelines are subject to change, based on current federal and local regulations. By registering you agree to comply with all CDCstatelocal and Joint Commission guidelines for Covid safety protocols. Anyone choosing to not abide by these guidelines will not be permitted to participate in the program.

For your convenience, if you do not have a credit card available, we offer a sales quote/proforma invoice option to assist with initiating your payment. Payments submitted by check take up to 14 days to process. If you are registering for a program less than 14 days away, your registration may not be received in time and your seat may not be reserved. You will not have access to electronic program materials until your payment has been received. We strongly recommend credit card payments for any events less than 14 days away.
