Overview

This two half-day virtual educational program is constructed to provide health care professionals with key information necessary to navigate the challenging aspects of Medicare’s Conditions of Participation for hospitals! It may seem daunting at times when dealing with CMS’s expectations. However, this program brings tips and compliance strategies for you to increase your efforts in fulfilling CMS requirements. As a result, it is a topic packed event for advanced beginners and proficient individuals in hospital CMS compliance, which is taught by JCR experts (all of whom are former CMS surveyors). Cancellations, Substitutions, and Transfers

Attendee Cancellations– 30 or more days prior to the event:

If you need to cancel your attendance at a live event, your registration fee, less a $100 processing fee, is refundable, if written notice of cancellation is received via e-mail to the below mailbox 30 days or more prior to the program date. Please include the attendee name, program name, date and order #.

Attendee Cancellations - less than 30 days prior to the event:

If you need to cancel your attendance at a live event less than 30 days prior, you may send an alternate attendee.  Please include the registrant’s name, program name, date, and order number as well as the alternate attendee’s full name, title, credentials, address, phone, and email address. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the program or any no-shows. 

Event Cancellations:
Joint Commission Resources reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to an insufficient number of registrants or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program must be cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded in full to each registrant. Substitutions, Transfers, and Cancellation Policy
Registration is nontransferable between JCR education programs due to variability in program sponsors. If you find that you cannot attend, you may send an alternate in your place.  Please send us the alternate’s full name, title, credentials, address, phone and e-mail address.  In the event of a cancellation, your registration fee, less a $100 processing fee, is refundable, if written notice of cancellation is faxed no later than 30 days prior to the program date.  All alternate or cancellation information should be faxed to 630-792-4406. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after this date or for any no shows. JCR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
