In addition to the two-day workshop, we will also provide two (2) complimentary (one-hour) follow-up webinars. During these follow up webinars, participants will be able to share how they have used the tools post training and discuss opportunities to incorporate additional change management tools in their current change initiatives with the Master Change Leader trainer.

As a team, our instructors and mentors provide training and mentoring on high reliability concepts and the pursuit of zero harm, including Robust Process Improvement (RPI) tools and methods. Our teams’ expertise comes from guiding health care providers exclusively in applying RPI principles to their own patient safety and quality processes, such as improving hand hygiene, reducing health care associated pressure injuries, sepsis mortality, billing errors and staff turnover.

A team of certified process improvement experts with experience applying Lean, Six Sigma and change management skills specifically within health care settings will be guiding and mentoring the participants in this program.

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Transfers

Attendee Cancellations and transfers:
Due to the extensive planning for the event, unfortunately we do not accept attendee cancellations.  However, if you need to cancel your attendance at a live event, you may send an alternate attendee.  Please include the registrant’s name, program name, date, and order number as well as the alternate attendee’s full name, title, credentials, address, phone, and email address. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations.

Event Cancellations:
JCR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to an insufficient number of registrants or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program must be cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded in full to each registrant.
