Prerequisites

Prior to the class, the instructors will be providing registrants via email two links to videos to help them select their project prior to class. The first video walks through how to select a project with your project Sponsor (typically your VP) and your project Champion (typically Director). The second video is critical information on the role the Sponsor and Champion play in your project. We recommend that the Sponsor, Champion, and Green Belt watch the video together.

Prior to the class the instructors will be sending a second email with welcome logistics, and as part of that will ask trainees to provide a two-sentence summary of their project.
