Change is not easy, especially in health care.  Now more than ever, it requires everyone working together effectively in pursuit of common goals. It starts when leaders strategically empower managers and employees to seek process improvement at every turn. 

In this two-day interactive workshop over Zoom, you will learn how incorporating formal change management methods can help you gain buy-in, acceptance, and accountability to ensure the success and sustainability of any Change Initiative.  Participants will have the opportunity to practice the tools through real or mock projects during this interactive class.

After completing this workshop, participants will be able to apply Change Management methods in leading change initiatives in your organization, as well as in their daily work.

Our faculty provides training and interactive sessions to allow participants to grasp and practice high reliability and change management concepts that can be used in your daily work or when leading major change initiatives in your organization.  They are all Certified as Master Change Leaders and have a wealth of experience from partnering with health care leaders around the world in their efforts to successfully apply this methodology and embed a culture of safety with buy-in, acceptance, and accountability from all key stakeholders.

This Workshop will award 8.0 Continuing Education contact hours for the following: ACCME, ANCC, ACHE, & ACPE.

Full attendance at every session and completion of a post-engagement survey are prerequisites for receiving continuing education credits.

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Joint Commission Resources.  Joint Commission Resources is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

By attending the Leaders Facilitating Change workshop offered by Joint Commission Resources, participants may earn up to 8.0 ACHE Qualifying Education Hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation.

Payments submitted by check take up to 14 days to process. If you are registering for a program less than 14 days away, your registration may not be received in time and your seat may not be reserved.
