Here are some of their comments:

“The course proved to be an excellent starting point for our senior leaders to learn how they can use tools and techniques in their daily work to build buy-in and engagement, overcome resistance, and sustain gains needed for successful change. Two days of participatory learning and training kept a diverse cross section of our leaders engaged and the facilitators for the training maximized the benefit for our leaders. Highly recommended.”

“This engagement has been a wonderful experience for our organization! Sessions were informative, engaging and all participants left inspired to take these tools back to their facilities and begin to incorporate these change methods into their daily practices to support highly reliable safe patient care.
